All items that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items sent directly from our vendors may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Due to the custom nature of many of our items delivery lead times will vary.
Estimated ship times are located on each product page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on back order, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is or cancel the item. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a delay exists.

White Glove Delivery Service includes delivery of the ordered merchandise to your desired location in your home. For liability reasons delivery personnel cannot complete any merchandise assembly.
