At Curated Living, we sincerely hope you're happy with each and every purchase from our home to yours. If not, we'd love to make things right by returning or exchanging an eligible item within 14 days. Returns will not be accepted without the tag that is attached to your merchandise.
Custom and made to order products may not be returned, no exceptions. To The Trade purchases are also not eligible for return.
Damaged & Broken Merchandise
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Any damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt! Unfortunately we cannot extend any refunds past the 72 hour time frame. Damaged items must be reported via email to orders@curatedliving.com and must include the order number as well as images of the damaged merchandise. We will then establish a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with this RMA number.
